DEFINITIONS
- For this policy, “we”, “our” and “us” means Trash Disco Radio, Fascinating Events, DJ Eddie Monsoon, Fascination80s, Daydream80s, Subterrainea or any combination of these.
- “You” means you the customer, listener, attendee or other participant that interacts with us.
MARKETING (OR LACK OF)
- You will never get marketing emails for our DJ services, even if you’ve used us before. But please tell your friends about what a great time you had.
- With regard to Fascination80s, Daydream80s and Subterrainea, we won’t spam you with marketing material like most other companies unless you have opted in to our mailing list. You will receive emails occasionally to let you know about upcoming events. If you unsubscribe you won’t hear from us again.
- If you contact us to use our DJ services, we will only use the chosen communication method for purposes of arranging services. Once we have concluded our business with you we will not make unsolicited contact again for marketing or any other purposes. You, however, are free to contact us again if you wish to re-use our services.
- We won’t even hassle you for a review, though it would be nice if you left one.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Any personal information provided to us will not be shared with any other party or used for any purpose other than arranging the event that the services are required for.
- If you provide your address for DJ services we will remove your personal information from our records once the event is over.
- If you provide your address for the purposes of receiving merchandise, this information will be kept securely and only used for the purposes of sending merchandise. This generally applies only to Patreon and Ko-Fi supporters, but may apply to prize winners if we run a competition with a physical prize.
- If you’re not a supporter and we need your information to send you a prize, we’ll remove that information once we send you the prize. (we don’t do prizes very often).
- We won’t keep information provided by third parties such as Eventbrite or Moshtix. Refer to their individual privacy policies for further information.
GENERAL
- We may change this policy from time to time, to make it better and make sure it covers everything as we change what kind of events we do
